In-Person Notarization

Traditional notarization appointments completed at a designated meeting location.

Includes:

$10 per notarized signature or document (as allowed by Michigan law)

 

Mobile Notary Travel Fees

Travel fees are in addition to the notary fee.

  • Local Travel (within 10 miles): $35
  • 11–20 miles: $45
  • 21–30 miles: $60
  • Over 30 miles: Custom quote
  • Hospital/Nursing Facility Visits: Starting at $50

 

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Important Information

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all notarizations.
  • Documents must be complete prior to the appointment (notaries cannot draft legal documents).
